YES!!! YES!!! YES!!!! YEEEEEEEEEEEESSS!!!! I AM 67.9kg, 33.5 inches AT THE HIPS AND 31 inches AT THE WAIST!!! DOWN FROM 69kg, 34.5 inches AT THE HIPS AND 31 inches AT THE WAIST!!! I HAVE LOST 1.1kg and 1 inch EVERYWHERE!!! WOOOOOHOOOO!!! A TOTAL OF 14 DAYS OF RUNNING AND PUSH UPS AND SIT UPS AND WEIGHTLIFTING!!! (By weightlifting I mean picking up the thickest encyclopedia and lifting it up sideways.) Mind you...its not 14 straight days of running...although the first 7 days were in a row. The rest were like twice or thrice a week. 14 days = 38.8km. Slowly cut down on carbs until last Monday. Ever since I've been on a no carb diet except potato (fries do not count). Chicken, pork, beef, fish and all sorts of veggies fill my void. All fats and blubber are banished and no cake, no donuts, no ice cream, no chocolate, no sweet drinks except for fruit juices and Jia Jia Liang Teh (lol...Pokka carrot juice and Jia Jia Liang Teh have substituted peach tea, apple tea, iced lemon tea, bubble tea and all sorts of evil drinks which lie cold in this container, waiting to be released so that their evil may be unleashed upon this world.) Don't laugh. That's actually how I see them now.

16 days to go, 62.2km more to go; and most importantly: 5.9kg and 4.5 inches (at the hips) left!! WOOOOOHOOO!!!!

P.S
Xando and all other weight loss pills + liposuction are for sad pathetic losers.

I feel good!! Dadadadadadadah!! James Brown, the Godfather of Soul. Hahahaha...but I really do...not great, not excellent, but good!! I completed two seperate 5km runs this week and I'm really happy about it. Although I don't actually feel the weight loss and I don't see the numbers going down, there have been a couple of people who noticed a less chubby face. Its a praise for the present and its an insult to the past. I do feel myself getting fitter, especially my heart. My heart rate has gone waaaay down and its really more steady and strong. I used to be dying whenever I went for runs. Which was like never. The only thing I wish for now is to have a flatter stomach. (I sound like a girl) I don't know why, but even when I'm very hungry, I eat a bit of veg, some chicken here and there, and I feel bloated already. Not gassy bloated, but like full of food bloated. That pisses me off like hell. Anyway, I'm planning to hit my target of 30 days of running, and to also hit 100km in total. So far I've done 13 days and 33.8km.

And my plans to study and prepare before the next semester starts have been totally crushed. I went all the way to school with classmates only to find out that our modules only require one set of lecture notes. The rest were textbooks which are sold at the bookshop which doesn't open until semester starts. Retarded. That way on our first day, we have no books and we have to waste our lunch hour queuing up to get them.

Oh. I'm done with my job at the telemarketing company. Weeeeeeeeeeee!!!! Total earnings of $850!! Two separate pay checks for September and October: $575 + $278. First $500 were blown on $80 (car) + $70 (loan from classmate) + $40 (present for Kiff) + $200 (car damages). The rest I'm keeping to buy a 2nd hand piano soon. Damn...I wish I had a car. I wish I could afford a car like I can afford a 2nd hand piano.

Adiós Amigos.
