Back from holiday in Cambodia! And happy 9th month sweetheart!! Sorry I couldn't be with you, but I hope the presents I brought back will make up for it. :)Spent 5 days in a country full of dust, sand and slow moving traffic. It was pretty fun but there were to many cultural sites for me to absorb.
Day 1: We reached the hotel at about 9.30am and our room wasn't ready yet. My mum was pretty angry because she wanted to rest. HAH! Before the trip she wanted to force me to sleep early so that when we got there we could start visiting ruins straightaway. Anyway, we had a nice breakfast at the hotel and when we were done, one of the rooms was ready. We all went up and took a rest until about 4.30 then we left the hotel to visit this old temple for a beautiful sunset.

Went back to the hotel to wash up then went to the nearby tourist area for dinner! The food there is simple but nice. Mostly have a choice between chicken, beef, pork and fish. Alot of curry and spicy dishes but not as spicy as the ones here in Singapore or Indian dishes.
Day 2: We visited more temples again!! Like never ending ruins and temples...hahahhaa.

Then after that we visited the landmine musuem! There was so many old landmines, guns, rockets, bombs from previous wars. And I found out that Singapore is still producing landmines!! Shocking right?

After the musuem, we went very far away to this floating village. It's kinda like in Thailand but here they actually lived in boats!

Day 3: We woke up really early! At 4.30am to be exact, so we could go to the famous Angkor Wat to watch the sunrise!

The rest of Day 3 and Day 4: More temples and ruins! Not gonna bore you with words. I'm gonna upload some of the photos here but everything will be on Facebook!
